I was introduced to Stuart Smart of My Property Pros, Bournemouth, through a mutual colleague, who noted that he comes highly recommended for exterior cleaning. Our patio was fitted around 12 years ago, and while we have invested in regular annual cleaning, over time it had become badly stained from falling leaves, weather, spillages, and—more recently—endless seagull mess. What was once a beautiful Mediterranean-style patio of white and red brick had lost its charm. Stuart and Kieran spent significant time preparing the patio before working their magic. Using professional techniques and specialist products, they achieved results far superior to any of our previous annual cleaners. The difference is remarkable—our patio now looks almost brand new. Their attention to detail extended beyond the patio itself, with a thorough clean and tidy of our conservatory entrance, French doors, and front door. Everything now gleams. From start to finish, Stuart was professional: providing a prompt and competitive quote, delivering excellent service, and being a pleasure to welcome into our home. He and Kieran treated the property with the utmost care. I cannot thank Stuart and Kieran enough and have no hesitation in recommending My Property Pros to anyone seeking high-quality exterior cleaning
