We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer, whichever you find easiest. Depending on who you bank with, payment by advance standing order could be an option too.

Simply send us a little information on what you require here, then we’ll call at a convenient time to give you an approximate estimate on cost. We’ll arrange for one of our cleaning specialists to come and see you for a ‘Quote & Clean’ visit at a convenient time – they’ll confirm the exact cost and can be available to clean then and there if you’re happy with the quote!

You decide how often you want us to come back! As an example, the majority of our window cleaning customers like us to visit every 4 weeks and our roof cleans are best every 12-18 months depending on your location. We’ll send you a reminder email in advance before every visit. No more wondering when or if your cleaner is going to turn up!

All our team members arrive in a branded van, wear professional branded clothing and are issued with photo ID cards for your peace of mind. We even tell you their name before they arrive, so you’ll always know who we are.

We guarantee that you will be: if you’re not happy for ANY reason simply give us a quick call and we’ll promptly come back and do it again, obviously at no extra charge. That’s our lifelong commitment to you – our standards of work remain the same from day one and throughout the time you’re a customer.
