Our Newport franchisee,James Cook – better known as ‘Cookie’ to all of us! – is celebrating a major win after My Property Pros Newport was named Best Cleaning Service 2025 at the Best of Welsh Business Awards. This incredible achievement comes just 15 months after James joined our network, proving that hard work and dedication truly pay off.
Earlier this year, James also took home the Wales Prestige Awards 2025/26 title for Exterior Cleaning Company of the Year in the South Wales region. “I’m so proud of this recognition,” said James. “Winning the Exterior Cleaning award felt like a total ‘pinch me’ moment. But then to go on and win the Best Cleaning Service award too? That was the cherry on top! It really shows how much people value the work we do.
