James and his colleague from my Property Pro's Newport provided a FANTASTIC service. We had a one off gutter clear, fascia clean and windows. From my initial enquiry right through to completing the work, they were transparent, professional and so easy to work with. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely be using them going forward

What a transformation! A 35 year-old roof, very heavily laden with moss, was cleaned by My Property Pros and now looks as good as new. James and Ollie are excellent - very professional, very hard workers and very approachable. They worked so diligently on this job and were not content until all moss was removed and the area around the house was cleaned. Removing such a volume of moss was an extremely messy job but their clean-up afterwards was very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if the roof of your house needs to have moss removed or is just in need of a good clean!
